lol...article is spot on. At first I got a lot of wtf looks when talking about it. Now I don't even mention it. The only people I discuss it with are my friends who are into fitness/dieting and some even practice themselves.
I got into lengthy discussions with one friend last year. He would say things like, "doesn't not eating break down muscle, small frequent meals, blah blahhh"
What is he doing now? He's following Leangains and fasting regularly and of course he was lean already. So he's one of those guys you seen in the 30 day before and afters with abs showing. Bastard.
I may try the 24 hr fast soon. I'm wondering how to go about it in regards to timing and when to start/stop.
