140 came down to a three way tie between Pelino Desales, Furuta St. Charles, and Knapp Ready. Knapp beat Furuta, Pelino beat Knapp and Furuta beat Pelino. Criteria came down to most offensive points scored. Pelino had 11, Furuta had 10, Knapp had 9. So Pelino became the winner then because Knapp beat Furuta he was second.
