Word on the streets was he was dropping. Guess I got some bad info. 171 is gonna be a dog fight. I hope Vick don't show up at East HS.

Yeager was planning on dropping...but he has been sick and needs to hydrate himself to get healthy. We talked and I felt like he would be better as a healthy 171 in a tough bracket than a weak, sick 160 in a bracket that still wasnt a pushover.mgutrman;678969 wrote:Word on the streets was he was dropping. What was the score of the 125 Johnson (LV) win over Hendricks (Centennial) ?lvstat;678419 wrote:Our 103 pounder is Wheeland, not Wheeler. And our 112, Nethers beat Highland's Clemmins last weekend @ Watkins, so he has a good chance at qualifying again too. I think our 125, Johnson beat the Centennial kid at Alder. And Grigsby will not be wrestling, he's out due to sickness. Sophopmore Aaron Kinney will be at 130 this weekend.

Although not "scientific", it looks like after the top 2, maybe there will be a heck of a battle to get the last 2 spots?ksig489;680603 wrote:Price from LH has wrestled most of them...to give you an idea of how they did against him:
Price pinned Nethers in 1:27
Price pinned Ricevuto in 4:57 (score was around a major at the time of the pin)
Price TFall Clemens 19-5 with about 20 seconds to go in the match
Price Majored Capaci 17-6
Has not wrestled Crum or Brady
cruiser_96;680751 wrote:ps: Price also got a win over Groveport Madison, albeit lucky.
