Yeah. Kinda like like time you ate your weight in Godfather's Pizza. Or the time Michael Jackson came to your house, to use the bathroom.

Once had a wrestler interupt me while coaching a finals match to get permission to go to the bathroom!

So I just got a hold of the guy that makes the state brackets. Builds the frame, does the calligraphy, does it all. These are the ones you see in the wrestling rooms for their school's state champ. One word: Classy.

We are ordering a LONG OVER-DUE bracket for our state champ, Pat Curto, 185lbs, 1972. Can't wait!

How much do those cost and do they have the info or do you have to provide it?

The BIG ONES! cost somewhere between $250 and $275. Personally, it's worth it. I realize the Mighty Fighting Hornets have more state champs than the lowly Cruisers, but make the concerted effort for fundraising and make it happen. (This is assuming YOU were not going to pay out of YOUR OWN pocket...)

As for the info... Our state champ was back in 1972. When I told him that, he stated, "Oooh. I SHOULD have that. I started keeping score in 1970." Maybe he will have ours, maybe he won't. But my guess is, anything after 1975, he has on lockdown!

Also, in order to check my assumptions, he mentioned something about a quarter-sized bracket, as opposed to the BIG ONES!. I asked if those are the size that Graham ordered. He said yes. Somewhere on gohiocasts.com I have the entire wall (all 50) brackets. AMAZING. And, can you imagine if they were all the BIG ONES!? ($250 x 50 = ... ... a lot!)

I think Eds has all the BIG ONES!

ps: $6250 (And worth every penny spent, IMO.)
