Thanks cruiser Careins has been wrestling varsity varsity for four years and coach Tate still always spells his name wrong

Can't wait sportsdad. I just finished with the bracket. You'll know me because I'll have it in a giant drum liner to avoid moisture. I'll give further instructions from that point.

Good luck to the boy this week as well. It appears he'll have to wrestle some excellent competition. See you then.

LOL....I see it was misspelled last year all the way through sectionals and district! Maybe if he makes it to the Schott, Coach T will have it down :)

Well I guess I get to look forward to another 2 and 1/2 years. Just FYI, LV's sophomore 160 lb'er is Wogan, not Woogan, or Wogman, or Wagon.....

Oh - and this was a great tournament - it was well run and my kid got a lot of tough matches - 160 was stacked, but that is just what he needs going into Sectionals.

Pretty good showing from Canal Winchester today......

1 champ - 125 Brady Hutchins (5 pins)
3 runner-ups - 130 Dalton Tullius, 135 Joe Boswell, and 189 Eric Banks
1 3rd - 285 Nathan Pressley (lost on a VERY tough call in 3rd OT)
And numerous 4th and 5th placers......

Tullius was injured in the 130 final.....looked like he was in great pain as he left the gym to get things checked out. Hope everything turns out OK with him....

Steubenville gave a preview of what to expect for Sectional and District tourneys coming up.....some real studs!

Craig won in the finals over Wimer......not sure, but I think it was by pin. Nace beat Barnes (CW) in the 3rd place match.....maybe 5-3?
