Good list KnightXC1. I forgot Taken was this year and Zombieland was great also. State of Play was a solid film.

Inglorious Basterds by far. Tarantino is the man.

Also Avatar is better than all the others this year, and I haven't even seen it yet. James Cameron is that good.

Man, i've been behind in movies this year. The best movie that I've seen would be:

Wolverine
Watchmen
This is It (Only because I'm a huge MJ fan).

I don't see too many movies. I did love District 9 and Star Trek though.

Looking forward to seeing Moon, missed it in theaters.

^Watchmen was a great movie. You must have been expecting a normal super hero movie.

(500) Days of Summer was the best movie of the year running away. No, it won't win any awards, but it was far and away better than anything else this year. Not only was it the best movie of 2009, but I'd easily put it in my top five all time. If you've not seen it yet, you need to.

I haven't seen a ton of movies this year, but I have a hard time believing there was anything that came out this year that was as good or better than Up

Watchmen was terrible. Huge, huge let down.

Watchmen was far from terrible. Exactly what did it let down? It followed the graphic novel almost to a "t"...

Without trying to give anything away, it's about a guy and girl's relationship and their differing perspectives on it. Very good movie, comes out the 22nd on DVD, I ranked it #2 behind An Education for this year's movies.
