Old pickup we called Bessie. New truck is Gus. Anyone else do this or is my family strange.

I think everyone has had a 'Bessie' in there day. LOL..I know of a couple family members that did. I just named all my 'Ford'. That way I never have to worry about them breaking down on me! :D

I will say this... In Bessie's lasts day's I ran through all possible adjectives to describe Bessie.

Had an old 79 Bronco I called The Beast. It had a tendency to go in reverse own it's own, once with me outside of it. I also had the company parking pass #666 hanging from the mirror.
