Usually $0. My wife's aunt owns her own salon, and she cuts our hair for free (my wife, myself, and 3 boys) and we watch her kids for her from time to time.

However, if I'm in a pinch and she is not available, the barber I go to is $13, and I give a $2 tip, so $15.
