While after going through details of this, I have notice the collector just shut itself down which it suppose to try and to reconnect to the server. I had gone through some of my old case notice that got a similar issue that running into similar issue. The resolution on that would be this applying Windows CE firmware update.

Would you mind to perform Quick Panel Control Firmware update, then re-download View Runtime application to the Quick Panel Cointrol through ME 5.80 SIM 13 ?
