For those on the southwest side of town looking to introduce their child to the sport, get their child in shape or just prevent getting rusty during the off season, have I got something for you.

Westgate Wrestling Club (that's the Columbus Park and Rec City Champs by the way) will be having open mats this and every Tuesday and Thursday (through May 20th) from 6-8pm at Westgate Recreation Center.

With a combination of mat wrestling/instruction (folkstyle, freestyle and even some greco-roman) as well intense conditioning, I guarantee that your child will be out like a light when they get home, and when they wake up, they'll be begging to come back.

I helped City of Columbus Rec and Parks champion Coach Madry this past season and I can guarantee the wrestlers will be wore out and excited to come back! If you're on the Westside...Check it out! It's a great deal!
Coach Madry...Get that banner up in the gym yet? Looks like Marion Franklin may soon be having open mats on the Southside! :dodgy:
