I try to get 8 hours, but with all the Asian kids in my building that are up at crazy hours and make noise, plus the fact that I don't sleep very well to begin with, I don't get nearly the amount I need

5 hours, 6 if I'm lucky---I wake up around 5 regardless of what time I go to bed,so I try and hit the sack accordingly--haven't used an alarm in years.

5-7 weekdays, 7-8 weekends...

I am gone for work 7:40 - 5:30 on weekdays....After dinner and finally settling down, a couple hours of leisure just isn't enough for me, so I tend to stay up until 11-1 am to watch TV, movies, video games, etc.

A baby in August will probably cramp my sleeping style.

7-8. Until about age 45 or so, I could function will on about 6, but at age 50 I find that even a hour less knocks me off-kilter - and sleeping late on weekends doesn't make up for it.
