The West Central Wrestling Club with Lance Palmer are now open practices. You will recieve 45 minutes of instruction and 45 minutes of live every Tuesday and Thursday beginning April 13th and ending June 10th.

Practices run from 6:00-7:30pm at the West Jefferson wrestling room.

Non-members of the WCWC must pay $10 per practice session.

For the next two weeks (4 practices) Lance will instruct top position (legs)

Open practices are now closed. No Practice this Thursday. New Albany dual team members only next Tuesday - Friday.

Open practices will be offered again after next week. Next week is WCWC team practice.

WCWC next practice is Thursday May 20, 6:00pm. Palmer will again be instructing. All non club members must pay $10 at the door. NO practice this Tuesday.
