Cholesterol as a whole isn't bad (like an egg is high in cholesterol, but not necessarily bad). But you have to manage the cholesterol intake with the healthy fats to neutralize it. And with lots of fiber (soluble in particular).
Agree, I meant fat, not trans fat.
I don't think I eat fiber much at all, maybe an apple once or twice a week
