There are things I love to eat that everyone else in my family detests.

Liver and onions

Pickled beef tongue

Anchovies on pizza

Chicken gizzards (I hide them mashed in gravy)

I am alone on Sushi as well

I’m picky…so not much. I’ll have to be creative to participate

Dark chocolate

Cereal

Boiled eggs

To get to this I can’t include my daughter, just basically my wife and son.

Any type of seafood. I'm the only one in the house who eats it.

Also the only one who drinks coffee.

Steak.  My wife will occasionally have it. But almost always chooses chicken.

I can’t think of much. My kids are little so they don’t count, but wish my wife drank coffee. I’d buy a legit espresso machine but don’t since it is just me.

Interesting topic OP.

Regarding your liver and onions and pickled beef tongue. Do you prefer to eat immediately or let it set up for a bit?

liver and onions I fry and eat immediately.  With a side of mashed potatoes.

The pickled beef tongue I usually make two at a once because it takes some time and keeps well.  Three hour boil in salt water for the tongue.  I get the pickling brine going during that time as well in a stainless steel pot.  Then peel the tongue and put them both in the now cooling brine.  I drop the whole peeled tongues in the pot and let set for a week in the fridge.

After that I slice the tongue into roughly 3/8" slices.  I put the slices in a smaller glass container(s) and dump brine over top to cover.  I eat it as a cold cut snack or lunch for weeks.  I have a favorite on the pickling brine that I stick with but you can mix it up a bit and experiment.

Leftover pizza. While I prefer to heat it up in the skillet, I will eat it cold.

Cold pizza is a white trash delicacy.  Obviously you're a fellow man of high culture.

Today as a 52yr old man I eat leftover cold pizza with anchovies for breakfast at peace.  Back in the day when I was still in school living with dudes it was a slammed fridge door and "who the fuck ate my pizza?"

It’s an old jjhuddle joke. But I will microwave a piece or two and throw on 2 or 3 fried eggs for breakfast. Chefs kiss.

Got some pickled beets and onions going right now.  Wife is already complaining about the smell.  Hard boiled some eggs to drop in overnight.  I am a loner on the beets my grand daughter loves "purple" eggs but I have to remove the yoke.  Going to try making some deviled eggs with some of them and lay the pickled onions over with fresh cut chives sprinkled on top.  Got a get together at one of my brother's and there are some deviled egg lovers so I'll see how the change up goes.

I’ve ate beeted deviled eggs for years.  I made them as a joke and they are demanded as a standard at thanksgiving

I love pickled beets!

I'm also the only one in my family, that I'm aware of, that likes pickled okra.

Salmon/Halibut/etc (better non-fishy tasting fish). Only seafood I can/will eat (shellfish is out due to gout, cheaper fish I don't like). My wife and youngest eats zero seafood.

Steak...at least now that my older 2 are out of the house.

My wife doesn't eat steak, just doesn't like the taste. Weird because she does like hamburgers.

My youngest is autistic and will only eat a handful of things, red meat is not one of them.

My wife also has a weird thing that no matter what kind of meat it has to be burnt. From pork chops, to bacon, to grilled chicken...sacrafice it to the gods before bringing it to her.
