It's one of those polarizing foods that people either love or hate. I'm a big fan (has to be full fat, none of that low-fat nonsense) and I have been eating it a lot more since I've been tracking macros.
What say you?

Like it. Haven't had it in a while, but do occasionally get the urge.
i love cottage cheese.
your thread idea could also be applied to skyline and white castle. both are love/hate food items.
Love it! I eat cottage cheese with my lunch probably 3-4 times a month. I seem to do it different that others, though. I don't like it with fruit, I put salt and pepper on it.
In the last year or so, I have come to really love cottage cheese (small curd and regular, not low fat). I have a small helping practically every day for lunch.
I eat it right out of the container, since no one else in the family likes it. And I eat it just plain.
I also eat it right away and donโt let it set up. ๐
I eat it cold, or in a pan heated if I feel motivated
I can tolerate it, not a huge fan tho.
Smashed berries, cottage cheese, honey. Only way I really eat it.
Not a fan.
I can do a super thin layer in my lasagna but prefer ricotta
Small curd 4%. Michigan brand cottage cheese is my favorite.
Don't mind the taste but I have a texture issue with it. Same for avocado.
Small curd, with pepper, cold.
Am I the only one that prefers large curd?

i like it. if i could get broughton's brand anywhere outside of marietta, i'd probably have it all the time. i don't really like many other brands. as weird as that sounds.
I've been eating Good Culture and Daisy recently and both are very good.

Daisy is very good.
I am Smith Foods exclusively now. I thought the brand didnโt matter a while agoโฆโฆ..it does.

Good culture is up there for the best imo.
Some countries in Europe sell cottage cheese by weight at the markets. Those are very good.Once in a while, my German heritage has me mix in some apple butter.

Dang, I have apple butter in the fridge. Might have to give this a try.
Just bought some Breakstone because it was BOGO. Sat down at my desk to eat some and threw that shit away. Texture off and taste was bland.

Cottage cheese can be like a woman. One night it fits like a give, the next night that very same container acts like a fucking cunt.
Hate it, not sure why, I can eat sour cream or full fat plain yogurt straight, so I does not make sense to myself
