NCAA 2024 Player Pick’em

I think I have 4 of the top 5 single game scorers from the regular season (of those in the tournament) and am telling myself that was a good strategy.

They will all score 12 ppg in first weekend losses. 

Good work on the draft, fam, and I hope all your players suck. 

Laley, let me know if you need me to track any scores aside from my own. 

Always helps to have multiple people tracking. Just to compare and make sure no discrepancies

wasn’t first overall just my first pick #12 

Kentucky bowing out going to kill me. Should've known, but went with them and a guy in 2nd round. 

Could have played it safe with Jones or Shead from MARQ/HOU but took the risk.  Heck, even Kalkbrenner/Alexander from Creighton would've been way better picks now.

Hindsight is 20/20.

This is what I got after Thursday (updated projections to reflect upsets):

One of those Birddogs in the current standings is Gerb. I'll fix the formula error next time.

That formula is set to take the first cell when 2 have the same returning value. It typically has ties this early and sorts out by next week. I’m well above average at excel, but haven’t figure out the best way to fix that. 

I also found 1 more issue on projections of Cadeau. So you can either drag the cell above down to fix, or re-DL the shared file. I stared at Cadeaus projected cell formula for about 30 min and couldn’t figure it out lol

Ehh, sure. But also unfortunate on UK and Samford. So those go both ways. 

Kentucky and Auburn going down hurt a lot of us. 9 guys drafted from those teams. I ended up advancing 10 of 12 but would have loved having 11 or 12 (thanks a lot UK/AUB)

So who will be the dude we didnt pick and goes off. Always one. My guess is someone on UAB. 

I also find it interesting the number of J names. Jaylin, Jaelon, Jaydin, etc.
