Man, OF was loaded in that time. Manny, Belle, Griffey, JuanGone, David Justice was on Cleveland in 1997 too.

Today's grid pissed me off on my first guess and rage quit after that. I was dumbfounded when I guessed Jay Buhner for a Mariner's SS winner and he was not a correct guess. Like how did he not win at least 1 in in the 3 year stretch from 95-97?

Hard to say and I haven’t played yet (and I don’t know my silver sluggers) but huge power numbers were prevalent in the 90’s for sure. Probably Albert Belle, Juan Gonzalez those years…and that Griffey guy. That was a Brady Anderson steroid time too maybe.

I had 8/9 but stupidly typed in Edgar Rentaria and not Placido Polanco. SMH. I was lost on SEA and MIL

this is tough as hell, i only got 7 correct today and honestly the only reason i got the mariners/brewer one was because i was looking at my dad's baseball cards recently. I don't think i could ever compete on this thing

Just have to memorize those journeyman players from the FA era.

My messing with baseball cards all through the 80’s and 90’s has been a huge help on these

I’m very good at the non-team ones. Then throw in AL Central and I only struggled with 2 of the spots. Thought of TB/OAK and thought I hit a gem…14% lol. Also should’ve thought harder on TOR 100 RBI, but figured everyone would go to the recent guys and not the 90s. Another 14%.

my 100 rbi/all star player had a .1%  kind of proud of that one. Again thanks to my dad for that one, it was his favorite Red.

Wow. I went Hank Greenberg at .2%. Cant imagine anyone will be double digits since probably 90% of AS in history had 100 RBI at some point.

Not to be a one upper, but mine was .09% (Brandon Phillips)

This is my point. I would've thought he was in the 10% who never got 100 RBI. Yet, here we are with 1 season at 100. LOL

Did you win a contest for the PS4 or something?

Yeah. He asked what his favorite Christmas present he got as a kid and I guessed correctly. This was like 2014.
