This pitcher amassed double digit wins every single year he was a starter. Had over 200 wins and over 1800 strikeouts. 11x sub 4.00 ERA (including career), and led league in IP 2x. Yet he only received CYA votes in 1 year of his career.
Also apologize if this fits multiple pitchers, but pretty specific so doubt it.
