If I didn’t see the correct thread, my bad. Obv tonight the starters weren’t playing, but I’m a fan of DPJ. 2 more games and a big season. What says you?

Even though the Jags played most of their starters early on, JOK faced a lot of backups but the dude is a FREAK. If he's wearing Brown & Orange in last year's game against the Chiefs, Chad Henne isn't running for 13 yards. If he stays healthy he's going to be a game changer. He'll also be the closest thing they have to a Lamar Jackson equalizer. Keep hearing comparisons to Polamalu in how he plays.

It's weird that I have expectations with the browns.

I think that we are going to have some interesting battles for the last roster spots at receiver, running back, and linebacker. It will probably come down to who can help the most on special teams.

Agreed. I think db’s could get interesting as well.

Hopefully another team sees value and gives AB a draft pick or two versus cutting them.

I would also trade Case Keenum if the offer were right.

Dude is a ball hawk. Getting him in the 2nd was a fucking steal.

So in the "totally awesomeness" department, the last three months I've had my best sales stretch in the history of the 28 years I've been with the company. This morning, which comes as total shock, in recognition they bought me a Nick Chubb 75th anniversary jersey, a 75th year anniversary Browns hoodie and an autographed collectors edition photo of Chubb. So friggin'  sweet!

In former Browns news, I guess there's a viral video going around of Trent Dilfer pushing & berating Phil Dawson's son. Dilfer is the HC of some high school team in Nashville that Dawson's son plays for. Also believe Dawson is the special teams coordinator for this team. Dilfer is taking a lot of shit on social media.

Browns have a looooot of depth at WR. But I am still shocked they cut Hodge.

Hodge won't be on the waiver wire long. Hell, he's probably Detroit's plug & play #2 or #3 and maybe Minnesota's #3.

I thought Day should've made it over Billings or Togiai but the cap hit wouldn't be good on Billings and Togiai's going to get the rookie "benefit of the doubt" although they both looked like trash.

I’m scared.

I want a win tomorrow!

I don’t want to see us lose and then  strive to get better and try to make the playoffs.

The time is now.

Beat the Chiefs!

I don’t. We have won one week 1 game since 1999. It doesn’t matter if we have been home/away and/or  favorites, we always find a way to lose.  I rather start on the road against a team favored to win. If we are going to lose, then it might as well be a game we were meant to lose.  Preferably this week 1 is a redemption of the last time we faced the chiefs in a week 1 game 19 years ago…

(Yes, I am saying “we.” Gfy)

I’d love a win today but I’d be more surprised if we did than didn’t. Hopefully we at least play like we should and it’s a good game. It won’t shock me if we lose though.

Fuck that. Finally good. This game could decide a lot at the end of the year. Wish it was at home for an added boost to chance of winning
