Browns approved to wear color rush jerseys as primary jersey this year. Wearing for at least 6 home games.
Browns by 10....let’s get this!!!
Figured it's time to start a regular season thread as the preseason is finally over.
Browns start off with a "winnable" game against Tenn Titans. They're without their starting LT and their backup missed practice on Monday due to an injury.
Marcus Mariota is on his 5th OC in 5 yrs and coming off a shitty 2018 season. This game is at home for the browns, no excuses. Browns need to get the W.
What are some predictions, concerns, etc.. from everyone else?
DAWGCHECK!!!
GO BROWNS! WOOF WOOF

Browns 30-10
BM throws for 247 yards and 2 TD's
Chubb 117 yards rushing 1 TD, 5 receptions for 45 yards 1 TD
OBJ 7 catches for 105 yards, Njoku with the other TD
Defensive TD, Garrett scores on a Vernon strip sack, one of 7 for the defense on the day
4 TD's and 1 FG with Seibert missing a PAT
Biggest concern is RG. If I'm a D-Coordinator I'm targeting Kush on pass rushes right up the gut. Just hope Tretter can cover the blemishes on double teams. Second/third biggest concerns are TE & T depth. If Njoku, Robinson or Hubbard go down, they could be in trouble.

Oline is a major concern of mine as well.

Speaking of "Season of Dreams", many people around where I live (50 miles away from Cleveland ......Wayne, Ashland, Richland counties) are more excited for this season than any I can remember. Bring it on..........and please...no injuries.
Go Browns and woof woof!

We're having "Jersey Day" at the office. Trying to decide between Baker (orange), Baker (color rush) or OBJ (brown).

He should have a big year with the other additions they've made. Hearing a lot of predictions of him being DPOY.

Not having Lewin at tackle likely will be a huge concern for them. In Pittsburgh's preseason game against them, when the starters were in, they just abused whoever the guy who's replacing him is. I'd be going all-out on that side and daring Tennessee to find a way to contain them.

I saw the stats after that game and I think Pittsburgh had 9 sacks and it looked like most of them were from their first tier players, not the future Walmart workers. If Tenn doesn't put someone over there to help against Garrett, Mariota is going to have a long day. That's why I think the Titans are going to focus heavy on the run, ala Baltimore, because they aren't going to want Mariota trying to go toe to toe with Baker.
I'm slightly worried about OBJ. He's claiming his hip injury is preventing him from opening up his hips and running the way he wants to. Not a great sign wk1.

And I'm wondering if he's playing possum....
It’s game day! Let’s fucking go!!!!! People were lining up for the muni lot on Saturday, insane. Browns are on tv down here, wtf to do for the next 3 hours?
Here we go, Brownies
Here we go!
woof woof
I’ve told a lot of people...more excited to watch the Browns than OSU this year....the suspense to 1 PM is killing me!!
Wondering how patient you guys will be with this team? Most of you seem to have the reasonable expectations and understandings.....do the regular Browns fans ? They are a bit overly pumped around here. The ones I know seem like greatness or bust with little room for patience.

Not crazy patient. 9 wins is the minimum.
Avery out today is interesting
Sounds like Dorsey reached out to AB to see if he'd be interested in joining the team. Gotta say I'm a tad nervous. Browns should beat these guys soundly but still nervous.
Titans always unpredictable but always a meh team that is between 6-10 and 9-7, always good enough to be listed in the WC standings. I’d like to think they’d try to instill a little nobody ever talks about us and everyone is all rah rah about the Browns.....but the craziness of AB makes that hard to even take. No one talking about anything except that bizarre/idiotic/troubled diva
Browns will win the division this season

If the Browns stop the run, they win this game. Titans are missing two starting linemen. The want to win this ugly. Titans don't want a shootout.
