Exciting first day in Augusta. Will be interesting to see how things shake out tomorrow. 

Heard they may be looking at 27 straight hours of rain later today/tomorrow 

During the par 3 contest Brooks Koepka was the only guy I watched that was locked in focused….everyone else having a good time and playing around. The announcers commented on how locked in he looked.

Well he’s still looking it at -10

Day and Morikawa off to good starts to R2, but it may not matter the way Koepka is playing. Pretty impressive.

Weather will play a huge factor coming up. Brooks is looking great…but he’ll need a solid weekend too.

If they play in any of it, Lowry is my choice. 

I have a feeling they wont play in anything though. Today finishes, maybe a bit of wind for the very late tee times. Washed out tomorrow. Sunday/Monday is fine.

Looks miserable this morning. 

Can’t believe they are finishing round 2 in that weather. Rahm tees off on 18 in a ridiculous driving rain. He struck it well and it was 50 yards short of normal and 18 playing long.

Feels upper 30’s

Driver to fairway and 5 wood and still not there

Rahm driver and longest iron….short

Im and Thomas have to par 18 to make the cut

Thomas had a 15 foot putt to make the cut….left it a foot short

Can Young had a 20 ft birdie putt and left it 7 feet short

If they play this afternoon 76 will be a good score and 80’s will be common.

Can Smith with a drive in the fairway and then killed a 5 wood….20 yards short

They aren’t playing much today…no way

Starting round 3 soon…..small gap for 90 min maybe. I wonder if any group makes it through a round or even 14 holes. I feel CBS won’t have much if any live action to show.
