Yes. He is universally loved it seems, so let’s see how it’s handled. 

NFL probably won’t, because it’s practice. But they should under the guise of “joint practice” and not his teammates. And even if not, they should force the Rams hand to do it in-house.

Talking heads (media) just laughing this off because it was "practice." Booger McFarland, who burned Garrett at the stake when his incident happened, yucking it up on social media. Media will gloss over things like this for Donald & Robert Kraft but if you play for certain teams, not so much.

To answer your question, two helmets, DOUBLE the punishment.
