Now that they are dead, you should buy the rights to the name for $12.  A good way to body bag them and dance on their grave.    At least offer them $12, and screen shot their response for us for the lulz.

It redirects to Maxpreps, I was curious to log in to the site and forgot they disbanded the message board

I think I joined that message board in 2002

I thought I posted in here yesterday must have forgot to actually post it...but I joined the OC the morning after it launched on my old jjhuddle name trackandccrunner... I was working at Kroger and got a text from trueblue (at least I think it was him) at like 1am about this site being created.  After some stuff happened and I wasn't running anymore I wanted a change and made this name. No idea why I didn't just change my original name.

But in 2009 when this site was created I was working nights at Kroger...I had just gotten a DUI about 4 months earlier and ended a 3 year relationship 6 months earlier. I was single living at home with my mom and hating life with no amibitions to change.

In 2010 (around the time I made this username) I got my first real job and then moved to Alabama in 2012 to stay with the same company. I've been promoted once since moving down here. I got married in 2013 and bought my first house at the end of 2015. Only new interest I have is I've gotten into craft beer in the last 4 years.

Hard to believe that this all happened over 8 years ago.  Christ, that makes me feel old.

I'm in the same industry, just a different company.  My boys would have been 4, 1 & 1.  Still married, new house.  Time is flying, thanks for reminding me OP.

Let’s just say it was called Freehuddle when I joined.

Let's just say that's not unique.

I would say probably 80% of all the people who still visit here joined that first month when JJ went pay to play.

On a positive note, this also means that Mike Clark's Ohio Sports's Forum is also 8 years old.  Congrats Mike.

I was an OG Freehuddler, and I spent a few late nights blasting JJ's boards with dick pics and other unspeakable things.

I think I was 20, which explains a lot.

I'm now 29, divorced and living in a van down by the river.

Join date:  April 2010

I was a senior in college and I was one month away from graduating.  I was 22, lived on campus, had a cunt GF, and had a job lined up in LA that I turned down for nothing.

Since then: Lebron left the cavs, browns sucked ass, broke up with cunt gf, unemployed living with parents right after college for almsot a year, found my career, moved to DC for the same career, been in DC for nearly 6 years, Lebron came back, Cleveland curse dead, getting married in July, Browns still suck ass, and Lebron will probably leave again.

This is a funny post and the thread is a pretty good read of interest lol

Yes, it was Freehuddle.com when I joined until Justin got his famous letter.

In Fall of 2009 I had just started working at a new job. I ended up hating the place and it almost caused me to get a divorce (terrible travel, gone for weeks/months at a time).

I left that job in 2012, loved the new place, would have stayed there forever but Honeywell bought them in December 2017 and ran the company into the  ground. I left in December 2018.

With moving jobs twice I have made significant salary increases, I made more than double my 2009 salary last year.

Have lived in the same house since, have the same kids, same wife. My one dog we got in 2008 is still around.

We have added another dog, a cat, and a rabbit.

I sat in the crowne plaza in the houston galleria those first few nights flaming the shit out of the jj boards. i'm 34 now, and would do the same to this place if I92 started trying to charge money for it.
