So is half the league. I still cheer for Kareem Hunt the player, even though I think he is a giant POS.

He signs with Jeopardy, unless Ken Jennings  takes it.

He stays in GB.

He just is trolling the media.

Think he'll stay in GB.

I'm changing this to "if he doesn't stay in GB I'm betting on the Colts." Perfect situation. Strong O-Line. Bell cow RB. Very good defense. Just need to add a couple of WR's.

Steelers

I'm not really concerned about the cost to acquire Rodgers, because I think Tomlin is going to continue to run the franchise into the ground regardless.

But, man, it would be must-see TV waiting for the inevitable tantrum.  LOL, Rodgers in Matt Canada's scheme, calling those plays...He'd explode in less than a month.

Local sports radio guys are fucking hyped. Same thing happened during the initial rumors. I still don’t think it’s happening.

Denver could be possible as the Packers OC just took their head coaching position.

This would be a huge splash for them but I just don't see it with their past M.O. They've lived & died through the draft. Never know though because Colbert's on the way out and their new GM might be more aggressive.

My bad. Wasn't aware. Can't keep up with the dude. One minute he's in NYC, now Denver, soon to become a Mexican citizen, etc, etc.

I love Rodgers but I woulda let some team over pay me for him. $50 mil a year for an aging qb. Now they have to cut 41 mil in cap. They ain’t winning shit. Woulda Rather got some assets

This feels part payback for being jerked around with the Favre stuff years ago, and throwing out a number that would have forced a trade or release.

Instead, GB agreed to pay that number.  And you're absolutely right - they were already up against the cap and this deal can't possibly get them closer to a SB.

Unless they plan to kick as much as they can down the road and spend 2-3 years in absolute cap hell after he retires.

Will be interesting to see how creative they can get as they supposedly have big interest in Von Miller and there's still that Adams guy at WR who's a FA.
