It was over Bosa’s antic on Mayfield during the SF game in retaliation for what Baker did in college with the flag plant.  Vball (a Browns fan) was happy about what Bosa did, other Brown fans.....not so much, to say the least. 

Someone tell S&L that Gruden is doing a good job with Raiders and someone else tell vballset that Cody Bellinger won the NL MVP

Yeah. To me, it's just weird when the "straw breaking the camel's back" deal-breaker is something really stupid. Where we have a forum where people have no problems telling each other to GFY on a daily basis and usually aren't remotely subtle about it, but what makes someone leave is something like (a) other fans of your NFL team of choice not being cool with you openly cheering for a guy on the team that just beat you because college football OR (b) taking the two poli-forum right-wingers who are so over-the-top they come off more like caricatures than real people WAY more seriously than anything they say comes close to warranting.

I've seen arguments those two have been in (at times with each other) where stuff like "fucking idiot", "retarded" and whatever were flying around on a post-by-post basis, but THIS is what makes you leave?

I may well have missed something, but I haven't seen anything from Commander of Awesome  for a while.

He hasn't posted for a while but I think it's "life" more than anything. Sounded like he had a lot on his plate.

As far as S&L goes, for as much as he posted (and debated with me...him giving me shit for backing Brandon Weeden and me giving him shit for saying the Browns should use their 1st round pick EVERY year to draft a QB until they got it right), it would be funny if the Browns went on a run and made the playoffs, with him not being here to enjoy it.

One time he posted about going to a graduation party dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and spent the whole night talking with people using CB RADIO lingo. I was in tears.

Call me crazy, but I kinda miss good ole Isadore. FanFromTexas and Hits were also great posters. Sleeper also was good because a good spoiler is always fun!

 

You are crazy, but FFT was a great poster.  He hardly had any time as an attorney to post, so I doubt he has yet to find any time.  I think he had a kid too.

Divorced and remarried. Had a crazy few years and kind of pulled my personal  Britney Spears and blew up my life but am in a good place now. 

Ironically enough, I was seeing people get canceled all over the place for what they posted on social media. I did a quick Google search of my old screen names to see if I said anything too egregious and stumbled across this thread. Small world...

FFT! Long time no see. How’s it going?

Life is good. My sons are 9&7 now. They're growing up fast. Divorced (nasty and painful reckoning with a lot of things).  Remarried to a much better person, which has helped get life back on track. 

Still (technically) a lawyer, but I since moved into a managerial role and don't as much day-to-day legal work any more.

On the whole, can't complain. Happy to check in here. I mostly stopped posting because my workplace blocked the site, and posting much stuff on mobile is a real pain.

How are you doing? It's been awhile.
