As someone who isn’t supposed to eat sugar or carbs (diabetes runs in my family and mine is slightly higher than average) I have tried this and liked it a lot.

At the end of the day its 2 fried chicken breasts with some KFC sauce, cheese, and bacon in between. Good if you have to watch your sugar/carbs, bad if fat and cholesterol are your problem.

Whether I'd try it depends entirely on my assessment of whatever KFC location I am visiting. KFCs can run a bit nasty at times. If i were a KFC where the dirty-clothes-wearing cashier looks like he/she engages in a raw butt scratch or two during a given shift, then no, I would not order. Otherwise I would try it.

I think it looks pretty good, although I try to stay away from fried stuff.
When I eat my Big Macs, I take off the top and middle buns and eat it open faced.
(then I give the buns to the birds)

If you think that chicken is actually chicken meat and what are they frying it in, I don't trust KFC after speaking to a friend that worked there
