Oh, homeless with addictions that need services, attempted suicides, domestic violence, placement of elderly, things of that nature. Not to mention any number of other things that arrive in a busy ER that I'm not particularly involved in but sometimes witness nonetheless.

Yeah that all sucks…and I have all of their young kids and grandkids at school
