I am excluding Walmart because it is probably #1 on everyone's list.
I have grown to hate Ace Hardware oddly enough. I go there on occasion because it is super close, but their prices are awful and most of the time...I cannot even find what I am looking for. And the associates are typically morons.
Verizon.
US Post Office.
Fuck. That. Place.
The local Meijer. Employees are less than helpful. They seem to go out of their way to make life harder.
Indoor shopping malls.
I haven't been in one for a long time. When I do enter, I feel instantly depressed.

For me, it's the local Kroger. They've done store remodeling twice in the last 3 or so years, moving shit around both times, making it a lot harder to get in, get my stuff and get out quickly because I have to scan 4 fucking aisles to find one thing.
McDonald's. You see the old fucks group, retards and vagrants from the community. The steak egg breakfast bagel meal is worth it.

Really busy bars that have hipsters or annoying people that take too long at the bar.
Any goverment agency because they treat you like crap and know they can get away with it.
I actually don't mind Wal-Mart so much. They have the best prices around me for ammo.
