I've got a lingering wrist injury that took a while to heal, and still rears it's head every once in a while. It doesn't really hurt anymore, but it does start to get uncomfortable when I do certain lifts (clean and jerks, mostly). I've also started to get a nagging knee injury during softball season. Luckily it doesn't hurt when I work out, so I only have to deal with it a few months during the year. I'm going to buy a knee sleeve before this season starts to see if that helps.
For all youthful invincible type on the OC take heed, you’re not.
Those hurt knees, dislocated thumbs, bursitis shoulder, sprained ankles, concussion, broken bones, knife wounds, bullet/ shrapnel and all the other physical injuries you’ve suffered ….they come back in some form or another.
What injury have you suffered, at time you can feel the effect of that ill-fated day.
