The further I go into Diablo IV the more addicting it is.
I had to leave it at home this weekend before going to my camper so I didn't spend the whole weekend inside the camper instead of outside.
Anyone else playing Diablo IV?

I’ve never played any of them. I’m not sure if I’d like it or not. If it ever comes out on that game pass or whatever it’s called then I’d give it a shot.
So, I just finished TotK.
I really liked it, but I think botw was so much more satisfying to complete. I can't explain it.
And I can't believe the game didn't penalize me in some way for experimenting on those poor koroks. Little fat fat bastards deserved it though. But yeah, rockets and koroks aren't a healthy mix for me lol
Idk why, but I never finished BOTW. I think I got halfway done then just stopped. You’d have to ask 2017 me what was up but definite party foul.
I beat ToTK a couple weeks ago. There was a lot about that game I still wasn’t good at. Even after completing it I went back to play it briefly days later and still narrowly beat a Lynel. I guess I’m what you’d call an accomplished noob.
Not playing much video games these days especially with football starting soon. But I’m really looking forward to the new Mario game coming in October.
Just hit lvl 100 (max level) on Diablo IV on my rogue.
Now just some end game bosses and equipment drops to find to make my character "better".

When I'm farming lynels I usually go mostly range weapons, attaching electric chuchus and just keep shooting them in the face. Towards the end I'll ride them a moment and finish them off with a sword to their backs.

It's kind of on my "now or later?" list due to it being both a PS4 and PS5 game with me not having a 5 yet. Same thing happened for me with Diablo III. Bought the full edition (with the fourth chapter that was DLC) on the XBox 360, beat the game and was having fun doing all those random challenges that get generated by the game in lieu of simply replaying the main quest. Was increasing the difficulty up to where I was just about up to starting play on the Torment levels. And then found out that new additions and support were stopping for my version and would only be made for the PC, PS4 and XBox One...and that just sort of sucked the wind out of my sails and I stopped playing.
So for me, the worry is that I'd be getting into it and then discover that some piece of DLC or themed challenge would be coming out, but not for my system.
anybody ever use the Steam Deck? i was on a jet a few days ago, and a guy broke one out and started playing some badass looking game on it.

i haven't personally used one but some of my friends have them and have positive things to say.
i personally wouldn't get enough use out of one to justify the price tag, but acknowledge they'd be sweet to use for emulating older games (snes, nes, n64, etc).
My coworkers each have one and also love them. They were playing the new mortal Kombat on it a few weeks ago.

Understandable, I loved Diablo III and to be honest so far I think it’s a better game than IV but I am also going off the end product of III after years of patches, downloaded content, expansion packs, etc vs a new raw game in IV
I picked up an Anberic with game's preloaded. Been playing lots of Tecmo Super Bowl.
Been talking with a Zelda friend and we both have come to the same conclusion about ToTK.
The Depths added nothing to the game outside of finding Mineru.
Spider-Man 2 tonight at midnight
Fortnite with a buddy is about all I play.
