A little adjustment from the previous scenario where you get the full catalog of 5 bands/musicians. Now, you get 10 albums, but you can't have multiple from the same act. You could, however, have a Clapton album and a Derek and the Dominoes or Cream album, for example. Also, no greatest hits or compilation albums.

This one is going to take some thought.

Live albums fair game?

I kinda view them as Greatest Hits albums, so I'm going to say no. Studio albums only. What album were you thinking?

  5. Supertramp - Crime of the Century
  6. Shooter Jennings - Put the O Back in Country
  7. Pink Floyd - Meddle (considered The Wall due to length of album, but it's probably not in my top 5 PF albums)
  8. Arlo McKinley - Die Midwestern
  9. Megadeth - Rust in Peace
  10. Led Zeppelin - IV

That's my list for now.

Eagles, Hell Freezes Over.

But as I think about it, Clapton - One More Car, One More Rider would also crack it haha.

For this one I need songs that I always enjoy and a bit upbeat if on a deserted island. I’m going mostly pop.

For each one I’m simply going with whichever album of theirs I like the most of their songs. Cheesy or not you have to keep sanity as long as possible.

Billy Joel “Glass Houses”

George Michael “Faith”

Whitney Houston “Whitney”

MJ “Bad”

Bon Jovi “New Jersey”

Shania Twain “The Woman In Me”

Def Leppard “Hysteria”

Keith Urban “Golden Road”

Tim McGraw “All I Want”

Bruno Mars “Doo Wops and Hooligans”

Next up: Poison “Open Up and Say Aaah”

Inb4 Spock dishonors the thread and desert islands in general by including Limp Bizkit in his list.

I'm actually curious which Limp Bizkit album he includes.

Meddle is an awesome album.  I could listen to “Fearless” on loop on the desert island.

Replace Aja with Gaucho and replace Zeppelin IV with Iris DeMent - Infamous Angel.

Good call on Zep IV.  A decent album that is wwwwwwaaaaaayyyyyy overrated due to decades of being completely overplayed.
