Cavs off to a hot 3-1 start.

Fun team to watch and Donovan Mitchell has been like hitting the lottery.

Might as well get a thread started about a Cleveland team that might be interesting with the Browns sucking.

Cavs are awesome and basically a perfect team compiled of players who fit each other.

I wouldnt hate a Lavert trade for Eric Gordon if he became available (wouldve preferred that last year as well). Brings way more shooting and defense. Less playmaking, but thats not something necessarily needed with the current roster now that Mitchell is here.

Nice win tonight. Big night for Lavert.

That game was awesome. Lavert can be maddening, but if he doesn’t force it when it’s not his night, he will be huge for Cavs, because these games are within him a few times a month (ok maybe not THIS good).

Red hot ! 5-1. K-Love on fire and Mitchell just doing what he does.

2-0 against the Celtics on the season with 2 OT games. This team is fun to watch. they're right near the top of the East and can make some noise in the playoffs assuming everyone can stay healthy.

Mitchell has been on those Utah teams who flopped. But, it will be really nice to have someone who has taken -- and made -- giant shots in the playoffs. I think Cavs, if they stay healthy, can grab a home court series in Round 1. Still expect this teams youth to catch up to them and hit a bit of a slide at some point.

Mitchell is excellent and the team has substantial talent and depth.  I would not be surprised to see them in the Eastern finals, or more.

Cavs run it to 7-1 over the Pistons. Unusual stat line in that Mobley almost has a triple double with 11 pts, 8 rebounds and EIGHT blocked shots.

Kevin Love had a really great game too.

Beating Detroit typically doesn’t require a lot of congratulations but they did it without Mitchell and Garland.

Detroit has been playing solid, despite the record. Garland and Mitchell with rest/injuries. Let down game on the road after Celtics and before LeBron. Color me impressed with not just a win, but a blowout.

They just don’t have anything outside of AD, Lebron, and even Westbrook.

Also this was only the second time the Cavs have beaten Lebron, first time as a Laker.

Uggh, Cavs as cold as they were hot, starting the season. Three game skid.

Schedule has been a challenge. Five game road trip, four of which in California. Get Minnesota tomorrow before heading out to Milwaukee.

That Sacramento game was rough. They couldn’t get a stop at all down the stretch.

Clippers and GSW games they had, and the youth showed. Probably good losses in the long run.

Missing 3 starters will do that. Or 2 starters and 6th/7th man.

Yeah I saw Mitchell and Allen didn’t play after the fact and didn’t feel like editing it.
