Nice looking truck
This popped up on my FB today. $22,000 2017 5.0 F-150…super clean and everything good
Don’t know mileage
Looks nice.
Successful maiden voyage. I will buy a bed extender this week, there is a well reviewed one on Amazon for $60 that will give a little extra piece of mind that they won’t budge. They rode solid as is, though.

There's no struggle. I know what I am.
I truly am thinking about putting in an order for a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R.
Basically a fully loaded Raptor but with a 700 hP Shelby 5.2L GT V8 in it.
MSRP is $109,000.
Never ordered a car before, guess I have to do it through a dealership? I can’t find anywhere on Ford’s website to do it.
Will have to get in writing the price is MSRP, not dealing with any of the dealerships that are majorly marking up new cars.
I bought some new cheap floor mats and a seat cover for my 2005 Accord.

looks like you can order a 2022. probably have to wait for the 2023 though.

I don’t think they made Raptor R yet, until the 2023 model, am I wrong?
I thought I read the Raptor R was supposed to start in 2022 but had to get pushed back to 2023 model year.

oh... no you're right... It's just a regular Raptor.

I don’t plan on having my Raptor until March. Our yearly bonuses come in March and my current car will be paid off in a month. 6 months of saving and bonus money as the down payment to help make the payments a little lower.
But if I want a Raptor R in March I will have to order it sometime in the fall.

I got to drive a shelby gt500 for a week while they delivered my mustang 2 years ago. It was bad ass. you'll love the supercharged 5.2.
109k for a truck. Wowie.
I've driven an SVT Raptor. It's plenty of truck. I'd have a hard time justifying an R unless I had fuck you money.

I don't have fuck you money, but we shall see. A loaded Raptor is basically $90k, so its $20k more for the R and the Shelby GT engine.
2020s are supposedly the "best" year. Quick browsing shows insane used car prices still trending with Raptors. Some are ~70k. Others 100k. Doesn't make sense.

I would guess the 6.2 years were the best years and they havent made a raptor with a 6.2 since '14 i think
I believe it's just based on issues/recalls.

I test drove a 2018 SVT. I briefly shopped them before getting an SUV. I loved it, just couldn't justify dropping that amount on a used car.

When I bought my mustang in '20 the guy was like.. have you ever considered the gt500's we have one here. I'm like yeah... but 52 for a mustang is enough. Cant spend 100 on one lol
