I test drove this one today. It wasn’t bad. Rust seemed minimal, smooth ride, though there was a slight shimmy at times when slowing down. Being the Lariat trim it had nice leather seats with built-in a/c. Cold air directly to the can on a day like today was nice. The biggest issue was the previous owner was a smoker and you could tell. Not sure if they tried to get the smell out and that’s the best it’s going to get or if it can be fully removed. I want to test drive one more as a comparison but it’s a definite contender. I probably would’ve bought it today if it was $19,000-19,500 but he didn’t seem too interested in any price drops.

Yeah, nice truck….really shouldn’t be any shimmi issues and smoke SUCKS. Would probably deal break it for me if they didn’t give it their all to eliminate the smoke

We are upping our budget to $30k which gets us into the aluminum body F150s. Seems to be a much better selection of newer, cleaner trucks closer to that range.

Ford just announced 2023 Ford Raptor R, fully loaded Raptor but with a Shelby GT V8 engine, more hP, torque, etc.

Only $109,000…

Love the color. Good move on upping the budget. Worth it in the long run. I’d jump on that one asap.

The only knock on it is the 2.7 vs the 3.5 that the one in Columbus has. Also Lexington vs Columbus.

Found another one that's only a few miles away from us. I might give it a test drive tomorrow.

Yep. Drove it home and threw the kayaks in as a test fit. All good there.

Honestly wouldn't do the 4dr unless it was the short bed.

Buying it now. It came out of the inspection and needed new front brakes and two tire sensors.

NICE. AT tires and you're set. I like those wheels. And get rid of that decal ;)
