I don't really have a preference between wired or wireless. Both have their pros and cons.
Kind of like the Arlo Pro 3 right now, but open to suggestions.

if you have Apple Homekit, the Eufy 2 Pro is my pick. if not i don't have a good feel. I know the Eufy works with Android, but we've had a few different ones (including arlo) at various houses we've owned and Eufy works with Apple way better than any of the others we have tried. You also don't have to pay a subscription for the Eufy cameras, but you do have to buy the hub (which i thought we had to do with Arlo also).

Haven't pulled the trigger yet. But some recent thefts in our surrounding area have me stirring again.
