I’ve only had 3 cards graded but vintage style I’m considering getting these 4 graded (likely won’t but the 69 Seaver and 62 Kaline could bring a real good vintage number)

Sadly though cards are selling like crazy now but values are down. A bunch of my mid 80’s to mid 90’s rookie cards of HOFers look like potential 10’s but most aren’t worth the risk….and, I’m never selling those.

To the eye my Griffey Jr Upper Deck looked perfect…graded an 8.5 by Beckett about 20-25 years ago….1 point on any of the 4 standards snd it would’ve been a 9. My Jerry Rice rookie a 7.5 so good for that good green/yellow border…and I handled those cards a lot.

Looking to maybe get into sports cards / trading again.

Don't even know where to begin. Any insight or thoughts from you all?

Everything is expensive with the hope of pulling a lowly produced insert or autograph. People paying insane money for players that may never amount to anything….but a great time to get a great deal on the vintage stuff I love
