We're all getting old AF, the 1990s started 30 years ago. Use this thread to post cool stuff from the 1990s. I turned 7 in 1990, so this was definitely the most formative decade of my life.

My wife and I have been watching old Disney movies lately. So far we've watched Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, and Aladdin from the 90s.

At trivia last night, one of the clues was a visual. It was to name the brand of this cassette (Memorex was photoshopped out, obviously). That got the nostalgia train running as well.

Is it live....or is it Memorex?

The 90s were lit. I was 4-14 and had some fun times.

Loved my Moon Shoes (dangerous, and those rubberbands hurt like hell if you happened to have five brothers who flicked them at you constantly), Skip-It (once again, painful for ankles), the game Crossfire, Tamagotchis. Lots of great toys and games. We also got a trampoline in like 1994 and used to jump off the roof of our house for hours. 😳

My first CD was Regulate...G Funk Era by Warren G, and we would listen to it constantly while trying to kill or injure ourselves.

My first cassette tape was Bad by Michael Jackson. My brother unraveled it and peed on it. 😭

My mom had a bag phone in her car. I'm not sure when she had it, but it looked similar to that.

CDs. I couldn’t wait for Tuesday’s to pick up my newest CDs. Matchbox Twenty, Wallflowers, Third Eye Blind, Hootie and Will Smith all stick out.

I was 11-21 in the 90s...so I was more Saved by the Bell and video games (Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, original Playstation).

And NO 90s kid/teenager was more scared than when this show started, the music, his voice, etc...

Unsolved Mysteries...

Full House, Coach, Star Trek: TNG, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Gate (Movie), Star Gate SG-1 (Showtime TV series), Family Matters, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Law and Order (THE ORIGINAL), Beavis and Butthead, Cheers, Friends, South Park (never laughed so hard at the first few seasons),

And the best TV show of all time...The Wonder Years

The good ole music clubs you could get like 12 CD's for a penny and then only buy 3 in a few years or something like that. Did the tape club and then the CD club. They would auto ship, then you have to send it back if you didnt want it within a short time or you get stuck with it!

Taping music off the radio! Maybe more 80s!

First tape was Quiet Riot, Metal Health.   First CD...man that is a tough one.

Good ole Saved By The Bell.

Beavis and Butthead and Remote Control were great on MTV. Who knew that was going to lead to the station NOT playing videos often anymore!

Would sleep over at a friends to stay up and watch Headbanger's Ball on MTV as it was on at like 1am.     Hell, to think of it, in the 80s i think NBC had Friday Night Videos that was on after midnight so staying up to watch that for us folk who lived outside of cable range!

Then when VCRs came out that you caould program and record shows? Gold, Gold jerry i tell  ya!

My first Walkman and cassette was Weird Al “Bad Hair Day”. So great. Wish I could go back to 007 being the best game ever. (Born in ‘86)
