Honest question, how (caused by Trump)?

Three main things (in order they happened):

  1. Puerto Rico. Wife’s extended family has a member from there (who’s family is still living there). His handling was a absolute disgrace of American lives.
  2. Racial tensions. It’s no secret America has deep rooted racial issues. Trump has given a voice for them to be heard and act. It’s a fucking joke he’s let it get to anywhere near this point without attempting to calm the storm. He’s a bigot, and in turn, has made large section of the public show their true colors and I see/hear it daily. That sucks.
  3. COVID: couldn’t have stopped it. But didn’t have to lie. In fact, I was convinced it would help him get re-elected. Coming anywhere near not screwing up his handling of it would’ve United the country against a common enemy, similar to a war. But he’s too dumb and egotistical for that. So he just held pressers and didn’t listen to the doctors/scientists. So, here we are, still can’t go to a restaurant and get a beer without ordering food in half the states.

Seems like JoJo might be polling about 3% nationally.  That could be a high-watermark for the Libertarian party.  Would be great if they could get up to 5%, but that's never going to happen (at least not in 2020).

I wish we could get a Libertarian candidate on the debate stage.  But I'm sure the "bi-partisan" election commission will take steps to prevent that from ever happening.

They always change the rules to keep them out. Oh, you need to be polling at 15% and also your not included in any of the polls.

If you're on the ballot in all 50 states you should qualify automatically. Honestly, if you're on enough ballots to gain the majority of the EC votes you should qualify.

That said, Jo ain't the right messenger. I'm not sure who they'll run in 2024, I just hope they have a little charisma.

Probably the most important part of any candidate for the American voter to vote for them. lol every election I’ve participated in, the more charismatic candidate won.

I like Jo well enough, and obviously I agree with her platform more than the others, but she's just so boooring.

After Trump and the lefty nutbags, boring sounds very appealing.
