Depends on location? I’d guess Cincinnati and Cleveland would be liberal for example but those several counties north of Dayton are conservative. Heavily conservative IMO (bunch of idiot Spocks basically)

Clinton had 7 of 88 counties in 2016, all the larger cities: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, Youngstown, and the college town of Athens
