Going back to the weather talk, my county recently got put into Level 3 for the first time in I don't know how long. Didn't get as much snow as expected, but apparently the rain became ice and the wind caused any snow around to drift over the roads, so driving apparently was hell. My dream of a "work from home Monday" is still alive! I was planning to have a lazy chill-at-home Saturday when I saw the forecasts, so I didn't have any interaction with that shit; played video games and watched college basketball (and then a shitty horror movie) all day. Only negative was that the electricity blinked out for 15-20 seconds 3 times and it takes my Spectrum like 10 minutes to reboot after any interruption.
It rained all day yesterday where I live. Just checked outside and there's about an inch of snow. Not too bad, but under that is a very thick layer of that crusty ice crap. Not going to be fun cleaning that off of the porch and walkways or the jeep >.>

looks like the Indian video is as much staged as it was over played by the media.
1. Take the MAGA hat off those kids and it looks like the Indians would have never approached them. Plenty of other videos surfacing that shows the Indian guy initiated the confrontation.
2. Right before the viral video, the kid was looking like he was playing along with the guy....then the guy got right in his face. What people thought was a jerk reaction by the kid was not, it looks like he was in shock that the guy was inches from him. The kid never moved up to the drum guy.
This doesn't happen very often, but I actually agree with CC. If these kids aren't wearing MAGA hats, nobody would give a fuck. Worst case scenario they would chalk it up as teenage boys being typical teenage assholes. Based on the other videos I see the native american activists going out of their way to confront the boys and then also taunting them. So, not only do we have teenagers acting like teenagers, we also have adults acting like teenagers.
You would think less than 24 hours since the buzzfeed article turned out to be a joke, everyone would wait for all of the facts to come out. Apparently not, and I am not surprised people like fab got rattled by this story. I swear some of you all need to come off your high horse and stop pretending like you were an angel when you were a teenager. Are you all that out of touch with reality, that you forget what it is like being a teenager or what teenagers are like in general? BRF is the only guy I can understand being pissed as a former teacher. The rest of you I recommend volunteering for something, where you have to engage with teenagers. Maybe you will come back to reality. I ref wrestling every year, and that is enough to see how dumb teenage boys (and girls) are. It is enough to remind me how stupid I probably was at that age.
The fact this activist is going around pretending to be a victim and now people want to dox these kids is a disgrace.

This is what bothers me most: They're doxxing these kids, calling for others to kick their asses or kick them in the nuts (this tweet has since been deleted), trying to get them expelled from school, trying to block them from entering college and now they are even trying to get the principal fired. Does the punishment fit the "crime"?

A perfect example of the weakness of twitter/social media. None of us were there, so who the hell knows what happened. The drummer looks like he may be a professional victim “Indian” . Reminds me of the litter commercial with the tear running down his cheek (he was actually an Italian guy). The kids look like typical teenage boy meatheads all trying to impress one another. The main kid in front of the drummer looks like he was going all in in order to build his credibility with his bros. The drummer saw an opportunity and took it.

There are plenty of videos out there now, where you can see the story. The kids were doing school chants and the native americans approached them while doing the chant.

I agree though, where were the chaperones and teachers. They easily could have told those kids to STFU while doing school chants.
If I was wrong, I was wrong. Admitting that doesn't bother me. Every video I saw yesterday showed kids acting like idiots. If it was the adults who initiated the whole thing, that makes them the assholes and they shouldn't have done it.
I still think asking the school to investigate was the appropriate response. I'm sure they did/would have done some digging and gotten to the bottom of it. That's the whole point. How else should it have been handled?
Seeing what appears to be bad behavior and asking for it to be looked into is not being "rattled."

I read where the school takes a trip yearly to DC for the right to life march. They then do their school chant on the steps of the memorial.....for what reason who knows.
THese kids were ambushed by adult activists. I wont be surprised when the report comes out that this guy is on the Soros payroll.
The more videos I see the more it seems the Native American guy was an activist trying to instigate them all. The kid just smirked and stood there and they certainly didn’t seek out the Indians. The outrage mob once again waits for no evidence and takes one edited video as their proof.
At the end of the day, they didn't dress up in black bloc, bash people over the head with bike locks, didn't destroy anything or set anything on fire.
They did worse than that - they wore MAGA hats!!
