Yes, Trump got pwned. By Nancy and Chuck too. I mean how bad would you feel if those two idiots got over on you do publicly.

[...]

I don’t know what the future holds for his wall, but as for today, he got dominated by two imbiciles. Dominated like the Gimp by Zed.

He did, and yet, they all still lost.

It was like watching imbreds in a doorknob-humping contest.

I’m saying Chuck and Nancy made Trump squeal like a pig. As far as “The People” go, they had nothing to benefit from any of these three bozos.

This.

"The people" lost any time any of these chuckleheads were elected.

Any of them.

LOL, he should just add another two 0's to the request and call it a stimulus bill, then the Dems will fall all over themselves to sign it.

At this point, you might have to convince him that it was his idea in order for him to jump on it, though.  This guy's hubris is hilarious.

I don't know.  I've come to expect politicians make stupid and impractical promises to get votes.  So for me it's almost more disappointing that he was actually serious about the wall.

This is some of the saddest shit I've ever read.  It's true.  But it's sad.

What we saw today was a president that is getting ran against in 2020 from his own party.

Rightly so.

Here comes the set up for a "national crisis" at the border.  Trump can now declare a state of emergency and build the wall without the congress.

If true then build it.

I'd want to see some confirmation on that.  Lots of it.

And there's no way we "just found out" about it, as the fortuitous timing is too coincidental.

Trump: "The Congress is going to let me build a wall."
Congress: "No, we're not."
Trump: "Hey Congress, let me build a wall."
Congress: "No."
Trump: "Oh, look over there.  A reason I can build the wall without having to work with Congress.  Perfect timing!"

It's either:
a) an outright lie, or
b) a "threat" that hasn't been dealt with, but tucked in a back pocket for an opportune time ... in other words, a not-very-serious threat.

I'm going with (a).

So Trump's successes are all in lockstep with what is best for all of us?  And those things also happen to agree completely with your philosophy?  Where do you allow people who may view what "the People" need differently than you - and like you, believe they are completely right?

More take home pay for workers.

More job opportunities for those wanting to work.

Cutting regulations to reduce government interference in our lives.

Energy independence policies making heating homes and driving to work more affordable.

Bolstering the military to improve morale and fulfill the most important constitutional duty of the president.

I could go on and on and on and on ……but you get the point.

Man, I gotta think with all these things his approval rating has to be through the roof....

I mean he has to be doing better than any other recent President right?

Let me check Gallup historical rankings...

Actually, The People have done quite well by Trump.

Not those who were able to purchase more affordable resources from China before the unnecessary tariffs.

And the debt ... a burden which is borne by the people ... has certainly gotten substantially worse with the out-of-control federal spending thus far into his presidency.

But yeah, for the people who base whether or not something is successful on who does it, things have gone swimmingly.

They're just wrong.  He's the only one who's totally right on what's good for "the people."

Tax cuts with spending increases.  So, basically, he's paying less toward the credit card bill, but he's putting more expenses on it.

From where you sit, those are all true and beneficial.  I get that.  There of course is a flip side to them each, or at least actions by the sitting president that could be perceived as negatively affecting "The People" by a segment of society.

If Trump could name 10 books of the Bible without help, I would volunteer to go build the wall by hand.

Many in the military aren't too happy of is dealings with General Mattis in the circumstances in him getting released.

Pres Trump also told the military he got them a raise, their first in a decade (a lie) of ten percent (another lie)

Ten without help and without studying?

I'd wear a MAGA hat for a week if he could pull that off.

Unfortunately for him, he'd have to say "SECOND Thessalonians," and not "Two Thessalonians."  If you can't say the book's name correctly, it doesn't count.

If we're counting pronunciation, I'd lower my number to 3.

There are, in fact, 66 of them.

TLDR;

I have.  Takes awhile, though.  Quickest read through took about four months, and I was reading some books concurrently, just for the change of pace.
