I think that Biden will acknowledge his granddaughter closer to the election. If he does it now it will be forgotten about in 5 months. But it will be a better campaign tool if he waits.

Well, apparently the dems aren't finished controlling all of the medias. Biden is calling for Elon Musk's technical relationship with other countries to be looked at and that there's a lot of ways to do it. They don't have the political sway on Twitter that they used to enjoy and it's obvious that that's a problem. It used to be that they had government spooks sitting in high places at Twitter, remember that? They're just not going to stop this until they have an appointed government official sitting as a CEO at Twitter. 
Now that they've been exposed silencing facts they know that they can't topple Musk in that particular manner. So, the next best thing is to try to break him via some other form.

That's actually pretty shocking.  "Socialist?!?  LOL - tell me how the govt controls corporations..."

It's also eerily similar both in rhetoric and the abuse of power, to Trump asking Ukraine to investigate Biden.

And I think you're on to something about the Dems being deftly afraid of losing their near monopoly on media. I remember last year how they hired a tv producer to put on prime time Jan. 6th hearings.  Castigated Fox for only covering part of the hearings.  Yet CNN and the like barely covered any of the whistleblower hearings - which, so far, the Biden Crime family is everything they promised us on Russia collusion.  But crickets.

I always knew the left-leaning media was highly partisan.  But I never realized just how far they'd go to ignore any negative stories on Democrats.  They show-up [sometimes], after the fact, to throw cold water on the flames.  But that's about the best we can expect.

Hunter Biden, at the time, sat on the board of Burisma.

Fox News Digital has reviewed the document, which includes new information, including the identity of the business executive — Burisma CEO  Zlochevsky — and the allegations that he was "coerced" into paying Joe Biden and Hunter Biden millions of dollars to get a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his firm fired. 

In the form, Zlochevsky tells the source he has "many text messages and ‘recordings’ that show he was coerced to make such payments" to the Bidens.

Not concerned - would never withstand a legal challenge.

But this illustrates several problems with politics today.  First, just ramping up the usual "existential threat" gaslighting - covid, climate change, voting rights, Trump, etc..

However, more alarming is Congress abdicating responsibility and pushing the POTUS to act beyond their authority to push an agenda which the party itself doesn't have the votes for (because reps in swing districts can't vote for radical legislation).

Congress abdicated its duty long, long ago by deferring to and granting the administrative state the power of rule-making and penalty imposition.  This should never have happened.  Thus today, the bureaucrats are more powerful than the lawmakers, and the executive branch has usurped more power with its appointments to the administrative state's agencies.  A big, big reason for the need for tenure limits in the bureaucrat ranks and the decentralization of all the agencies to points all across the U.S.  The D.C. model needs to be discarded asap.

So the Biden admin sent news organizations a letter asking them to be critical of the Republican impeachment inquiry that has "no evidentiary basis"...

That seems like kind of a huge deal to me.  Imagine if Trump had done that. 

And it's all intended as a deflection, intended mainly to rally the usual DNC media that are wavering a bit over losing the last bit of credibility.  And, of course, implying the conservative outlets actually doing a good job of covering the story as "disinformation".

Same admin that enlisted 50 former intelligence offers to gaslight the voters about Hunter's laptop.

As I've said before, Biden is pretty much as bad as people believe Trump to be.  I hope Trump does get convicted and then that precedent can be used to throw a bunch of lying crooked Dems and their media sycophants in jail, too.

That has been their modus operandi ------  attack the people that are revealing the corruption.  Beyond brazen at this point.
