I’ll finish with this on the topic. I couldn’t care less if they ban 100 books. Kids don’t really check out books from the library anyway. It is a huge argument about something that rarely happens. But like I said people don’t want other’s controlling what they do. They don’t want the govt in their medical decisions or in their schools. I will always be about less laws. Same with the gender reassignment stuff, it is extremely rare and it has turned into literally the whole party platform. It’s weird, all of it. Hyper focused on stuff that doesn’t really happen and it will continue to cost elections. How about worry about inflation or housing or homeless or veterans or something.

Yes, people “hyper focus” on making things that are evil are removed from kids.  Ideas like chemically castrating kids, letting kids get sexually explicit material at school, etc. they are all evil, any normal human being would fight to keep those ideas and possibilities away from children.

And it isn’t just fringe or one off or small problems, you were wrong about CRT being in schools and are wrong about this being almost never a problem.

Hope that helps.

Now, look up the book Gender Queer, which is in many elementary school libraries.

Is that ok or not, yes or no?

And saying “well they can just look it up on their phone anyway” is a bullshit argument about whether it should be in schools, you know it, we all know it.

I would be fine with that book being removed from high schools, i would need something more concrete before i would ever believe it was in an elementary school. I notice you keep ignoring the other books i mentioned.

I dont have kids but how about you make medical decisions for your kids and the content they read and let others do the same sounds like the best idea.

By that idiotic logic we should let parents decide if their kids are allowed to bring guns to school, or let parents decide if kids can drive cars.

Sorry, but chemically castrating kids, mutilating kids genitals, and letting kids read explicit porn is absolutely evil. And anyone, parent or “teacher with no kids” that believes it should be allowed is evil as well.

That’d be fine if your definition of medical decisions wasn’t child abuse.

Based on that statement I would agree that man is homophobic.

That being said, based on actual words said, you agree that Biden is far more racist and hates black people more than Trump right?

It’s funny you say that and yes I agree his line of thinking reveals an underlying racist way of thinking about black people. I’m glad we can agree that systemic bias is something that is ingrained even to the highest levels of government and can often be unintentional.

You do realize individual people do not make anything systematic right?

Also, systematic means actual laws or how the laws are applied, not individual people.

You know this right?

Best example is that the people who wrote the Contitution were racist and owned slaves, but the document itself is not racist or an example of systematic racism.

Hard for it to be racist when it didn’t include blacks people lol .

Ok, I rewatched the vid and put forth some thought on it this time. I have some thoughts on it.

- kids call each other goofy ass nicknames all the time, it's what they do, they're little lord of the flies shits

- if this kid wasn't aware that race could somehow inject itself into asking if his buddy could come out to play, the woman made damn sure to draw attention to her son

- hopefully the kids that wanted to play with this kid, or their parents, don't see this video, because the woman fucked up everything

- I especially hope that the kid who wasn't available to play doesn't see the video because it's just going to make him very self conscious and awkward

Not sure of the context of the video, but I guess the fact he called a black kid a monkey just goes over your head?

Do you not understand the historic context of that?

That said, not a fan of posting this on social media. Just go to the parents and explain it and use it as a teaching moment.
