As for the libertarian party, there is a lot of infighting going on under that umbrella.

The Ron Paul church don't necessarily agree with the AnCap people.
The Mises Caucus doesn't agree with their retard faction.
And so on and so on.

Libertarians can't agree on what libertarianism is, and as a result the party has been a shit show since its existence.  I said it before, but their best bet is to hijack the GOP and slowly do that by winning local elections.

Political persecution is what it is.

Dems have realized that their news media friends didn't done much, their far reaching censorship hasn't done much, their impeachments haven't done much, their televised primetime J6 shows haven't done much and so they decided to jump into this.

At this point I can't even envision myself voting for a democrat in local races. I'm just absolutely against the very idea of "democrat" in every possible way.

We are into Year 8 of the unrelenting harassment of Trump; it is remarkable the guy is still standing (strong).  They have thrown everything at him:  illegal spying, impeachment 1, impeachment 2 (after out of office), J6 clown show, state and feds non-stop, media lies, antifa terrorists, deep state, and on and on and on .............     son-of-a-bitch he is amazingly resilient, gotta hand it to him.

And so after all that, they now embark on the political persecution route, and all they have is the elevation of what would be a misdemeanor to a felony, but without announcing the underlying "crime" (because there is none).  I don't know how it gets any more laughable.  It is beyond pathetic.

But, it is a new world now, so if we're going to survive we now need local and state prosecutors to bring charges against Biden, Clinton and all the corrupt and criminal leftists; it is apparently the only game they understand.  They have opened this can of worms, [not unlike the nuclear option], and it is time for the total pushback, otherwise this bullshit is going to continue and it will be one-regime rule forever, until the revolution.

Hard to believe we've arrived at this juncture.

People read headlines.  Not details.  "Trump Indicted!!!"  That is all they read, and all they care about.

How is all of this hard believe?  Nothing surprises me anymore.  Nothing.

I was kind of surprised over this, to be honest. I knew that they would go after Trump with *something* but didn't think they would take it this far.
Earlier I linked to the same thing happening to John Edwards, but he was acquitted. But I had forgotten all about that until I saw it being brought up on twitter. But you'd think that the DA's office/s that are doing this would have already had done the background research before launching this.

I doubt the DAs office has researched anything.  They're being used and the head DA is too blind to see it. Bringing Trump to trial in Manhattan is a softball home run.  But I've read multiple legal experts say any conviction would never stand up to appeal.  So this is all political theater.  Who cares if Trump payed hush money top women he screwed.  I assume most people who hit the presidency have probably done the same.  But these stupid bastards have given him a platform greater than anything he ever had.  They may have set up the ultimate geriatric presidential election.

Well, the previous DA Cy Vance declined to indict, the feds declined to indict, and  the federal election commission turned it down as well.  They all looked at it and said there was really nothing there.  But, when you find the one pawn who can be used to achieve your political hit job and it occurs in a venue that is 90% anti-Trump and with a judge who has an enormous conflict of interest, then it is mission accomplished for the radicals hell bent on tearing down our norms and institutions.

As stated before, it is now open season for any prosecutor to go after politicians.  There are already two prosecutors (in KY and TN) who are indicating their desire to go after the Biden criminality (which the feds should be doing, obviously), so the can of worms has been opened.  The dems/socialists have turned us into a banana republic overnight.

Buckle up.

Well, the dems impeached Trump twice without evidence, simply because he was a political foe. We should keep this in mind when considering this.

Also, the charges aren't about paying hush money - they are because Trump tried to hide it, lied about it. The dumbass probably should have just openly talked about what was going on to get ahead of it.

I can't remember who brought Vivek Ramaswamy up or in what thread, and I'm much too lazy at the moment to go look for it. Tim Pool has very recently had him on his podcast:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCT38GCu-fA

Entertaining conversation. He's got a lot of ideas that are definitely outside of the box. They talk about a lot of things that never comes up in the political sphere. I found it interesting when they talked about the history of the political mechanisms behind who gets to vote and why and how some people (women) are now saying that giving the women the right to vote was a mistake. But they also talk about how to fix the current state of voting by having skin in the game through [civic] duty. Ramaswamy makes it clear that some of that isn't part of his platform but it should be something that we have a national conversation about.

I prefer Spike Cohen to this guy. But I've only heard this one conversation so perhaps the more I hear/see of him that is open to change.

If there was a fantasy league for national politics, I'd have Tulsi Gabbard, Spike Cohen and this guy somewhere in the mix.

He will be immediately attacked for having over $500mil, be called an oligarch and ignored by the media.

RFK Jr. has made his official announcement to run. As a democrat, he would naturally take some amount of votes away from Biden right at the start.

I've said it here before but I will say it again. I'm against familial carrying over when it comes to elections. I do not want anymore Roosevelts, Kennedys, Bushs, Clintons, etc. to be elected as President. That is too close to the monarchial system.

But RK has some stances that I agree with. That doesn't mean I will vote for him, but I think he is enough of the opposite of Biden that the vote blue no matter who types might be somewhat confounded.

That’s grand coming from a vote red no matter who in 2024 lol and I don’t have a problem with that it makes sense.. but you can’t throw darts at people who are going to vote blue when u will 100% vote red no matter who it is as well ?

Considering he’s a failed lawyer, failed husband, failed businessman, failed anti-vax conspiracy theorist, limousine liberal from a family that has accomplished nothing in three generations except live off its name, then yes he’s a great candidate.
