Anyone else enjoying the selective and fake outrage from progressives regarding the child separation saga?  Shit like this is why it is hard to take the media or progressives seriously when they cry.

Why does this post not surprise me from you?

You do know the difference between the immigration policies between Obama and Trump right?  Or, do you just think it is all lies and fake from the media?

You know it is possible to not be a liberal and think the policy of the US is fucked up right now...

Huge swing and miss on your part.  I think the policy is shitty and they need to pass something very soon to change it. Where did I say this is fake news?  The fact of the matter this has been happening for years prior to Trump being president.  Where was the coverage then?  Where was the crying?  If you weren't upset all this time, then spare me the fucking crocodile tears.  That's my point, but apparently you let your emotions get in the way to comprehend my post.

Is this in reference to me?  If so, this is about as dumb as me saying you are on the left's autistic screeching train.  Do better.

I'd be interested to see who you think the MAGA posters are.

Nope. You apparently don't realize the differences between the Obama era laws and the Trump era laws. There is no reason to do what they are doing now. They could have easily just continued the same policy as before. The new policy started in April and the brainchild of douchebag Steven Miller.

If you are referring to the lack of outrage over the previous Obama policy, you apparently were not paying attention as there were stories and articles about it.

There is a difference between then and now, if you don't realize that, you either don't care or are just blind.

The laws do need changed, but I highly doubt the GOP has the balls to buck the President and the racist wing of the party that thinks MS13 is invading the country.

This is good stuff; the left falls for the Sean Spicier parody all the time (thinking it is Sean Spicer).

1) If you don't try to cross the border illegally, you don't get separated from your children. I haven't looked at the policy all that hard because I prefer whatever is happening to the open border policy of Europe. A major problem with our government is that the President can affect policies so easily without agreement from Congress.

2) GTFO that the media reported it the same way they do now. Sure there were some reports, as we saw bc the media tried spreading pictures from 2014 a couple of months ago. Then the media reported 1,000 kids were lost from their parents (also a lie), and THEN the media started posting pictures of a kid behind bars, which were from a protest in Texas, not an actual cage.

Not to mention the 300% increase in illegals saying (lying that) they are a family unit ....which translates to a substantial amount of the 'kids' are actually being trafficked.  Hell yeah they want to be separated.

FY13 had nearly TWICE as many unaccompanied minors at the border.  Kids were in the same horrible conditions.  Can you please explain why it was better in FY13 vs today?  I thought you were intellectually honest.

So, you would be willing to break another country's laws and risk being separated by your kids?  How heartless.

How do you figure? Do you cry when other criminals go to jail and get separated from their families? Fuck it, why have laws then?

I'm not saying I agree with the policies, turn them back if that is the alternative, but these people know the risks.

Those were not infants and little kids that crossed over back there. Even still, both policies were pretty fucked up. But, those kids did not have their parents with them back then. Also, Obama didn't champion it and say it was the right then to do like Trump is doing.

Why can't you just do what they were doing before the April law change? Hold the families together in a detention facility.

LOL. You actually think the GOP will move on this? Paul Ryan isn't doing shit. They do not want to piss off Trump who loves to exploit this issue.

Also, if Congress tries to do anything that Miller or Trump do not like, there will be screams of Amnesty! and the bill will die like all the others the last 10 or so years.

Ted Cruz is expected to pass something that would prevent kids being taken from their parents. That’s nowhere to be heard in the news or from ptown though

1. Uhh, yes they were and 2. you're basically saying it was ok under Obama because he swept it under the rug (including the media) instead of saying anything about it.  Tell me again how you don't have crocodile tears?  Btw there are plenty of videos of Obama, Hillary, and the Dems spewing the same rhetoric now that people like you are crying about.  Like I said, call a spade a spade.  If you were outraged at the time, I would be ok with it. You have been posting on this site for a long time, and I never once seen you post about this issue until now.

The GOP is moving on it.  I won't go all in on them getting it done, because they are useless, but I'd bet on it happening as opposed to not.

Why is it our governments responsibility to keep illegal immigrant families together? At what point are the parents of these kids to blame?

Is it a governments role to make or break families? Asking for a friend...
