I can't say if she can win or not. Might be somebody else. But I respect the fact that Biden is concerned for her when he, if he drops out, doesn't need to care at all. Loyalty of any sort is hard to come by in DC. 

I'm also impressed that he's loyal to a woman that (accurately) called him segregationalist just weeks before accepting his VP nomination.

Biden will announce he's dropping out, and then hours later forget he said it and the WH will walk it back.

As the first person anyone nominated to be OC President, I will gladly take it to, uh, yeah, totally run my campaign for that prestigious honor and definitely not for hookers and blow in every remotely civilized country on this planet.

Just account for it as "oppo research", which pretty much means you can do whatever the hell you want (including hiring foreign spies to lie about your opponent and then use that lie to get a FISA warrant so you can wire tap him).  Totally normal and done in the name of protecting this democracy of ours.

But when needed you’ve shown good sense. That’ll eventually wear down but you have another 10+ years of being sharp I’d guess.

So there is some reporting that amidst all the pressure being put on Biden to step down that he asked one of his advisors "can Kamala win?"

If that is true, I respect the hell out of it. That is something that should be on his mind. It would also negate all of the accusations of him being a complete self-centered egomaniac that all of the hard-line Dems have thrown at him.

I wouldn’t be sure ego doesn’t have a lot to do with it.  

Earlier I watched some of Trump's speech at the RNC. I couldn't listen to the who meandering thing. Maybe he was on pain meds or something, but for me, he just wasn't interesting.
