Asked Rao today in her confirmation hearing whether she ever employed LBGT law clerks (she said she's never had clerks, but how would she know someone's sexual orientation) and then went on to ask her if she thought homosexual relationships were sinful. What in the fuck is wrong with him. Not only is it ridiculous to ask, but you also can't ask your employee's their sexual orientation.

The best part about that theatrics is that he didn't actually break any rules as the files/documents had been declassified (and his camp knew this) before he sent them out. The next day was all theatrics, he KNEW he hadn't broken any rules.
