The coverage on this is going to be epic.  If Pubs hold everything, the media will melt down.  If pubs lose, Trump will tweet some epic stuff.

If dems win, I bet the caravan will be 50,000.  If pubs win it will likely stop and turn around.

If pubs hold the stock market willl soar and the riots will be epic., if Dems win, get ready to take a hit.

My gut tells me that the Pubs hold both.  But likely they lose the senate and actually gain 3 to 4 seats in senate.

I think GOP gains senate seats and loses the house.  The house could be closer than people think though.

You are the quintessential "useful idiot".  Regardless of election results, the "caravan" will cease to be a story, anywhere, immediately after the election.

Wow...Bold opinion to echo what almost everyone has been saying for the past two years.

I think the GOP gains a few seats in the Senate, and narrowly keeps the House.

I think the pubs hold the senate but lose the house. Don’t think it will be the “blue wave” that was being touted months ago tho.

I wasn't even close to going out on a limb there and didn't come close to making it seem that way. Did you want me to add a footnote that I am going with the safest bet? I was answering the question to this thread.   You drunj?

Also, "everyone" has not been making this prediction.  There has been a talk of a blue wave since mid 2017.

Losing the house talking point is easy to make because incumbent parties have only maintained their position twice in 50 years.  This year might be 3

Good point.  Fair enough - although the "blue wave" kind of evaporated a few months ago across sources.

Keep senate, lose house.

I'm just happy that our mailbox will cease being a trash can after today.

Ds take the House, winning an additional 30 seats.  Rs hold on to the Senate as all the races are a wash. Ds hold on to all seats, except North Dakota, but take Arizona. Rs still hold 51-49. I think Ds clean up in Governor's races too.

You're giving him too much credit by including the word "useful".

GOP holds the House by 3-4 seats, and goes to 53-57 in the Senate.

In a perfect world, the HOR finishes 218-217 either way, and then we can watch the shitstorm  as it flips back and forth for the next two years.

Not making any predictions on how I think the results will unfold. I will say that I won't be surprised by either outcome.

Pretty much what Nate Silver said, so you're officially on his level!

GOP adds 3 in the Senate, and keeps the House by 3.
