Timestamps are off

Site seems to make the assumption that timezones don't exist and that everyone is EST.

This post just says "2 minutes ago". Not sure if 2 minutes EST, CST, or other.

justin made a new thread for this issue for some reason. my post time will appear correct to you, but my own post does not appear correct to me because i am not in EST. when I hit post, it'll say that my post will be created two hours into the future.

I made the new thread because this one was showing blank for a while. BTW, using a double-quote kills the thread. For some reason the wysiwyg parses single-quotes fine, but not double-quotes.
