the cut looks to be a standard wrestling hit, small cut, but lots of blood.. Im not sure, I hope it was a real fight..however, too weird. But what made him freak out on him?

^^ Correct. They are working a tour together and this was just to build up suspense. Not real at all, called a work since it is made out to be as real as possible. Hogan still sucks though.

Two possibilities:
1. It's a total work to promote their epic Battle of the Geritolamaniacs.
2. It's real. Hulk told Flair that he's the ONLY past-his-prime wrestler he's NOT bringing in to TNA to wipe the mat with all those young guys he's never heard of. Flair didn't take the news so well.
